About this feedback process
SpeedX Transport is committed to creating an open and transparent feedback process for all. We
welcome feedback about barriers encountered by anyone dealing with SpeedX Transport, and about how
we are carrying out our
accessibility plan.
This process is open to everyone, including members of the public, customers, and our own employees.

You can provide feedback in any of the following ways:

Anonymous feedback
You may provide feedback anonymously. You are not required to give your name or contact information.
Anonymous feedback is reviewed in the same way as any other feedback.
How we acknowledge feedback
Our Accessibility Compliance Officer will acknowledge receipt of your feedback and follow up with
you, unless the feedback was provided anonymously. Feedback will be acknowledged in the same manner
in which it was received.
Feedback we receive is used to identify and remove barriers, and informs our accessibility plan and
the progress reports we publish.
You can request this feedback process description, or our accessibility plan, in any of the
following formats by contacting the Accessibility Compliance Officer using any of the methods above:
- Print
- Large print
- Braille
- Audio
- An electronic format compatible with adaptive technology
We provide print, large print and electronic formats within 15 days of receiving a request. We
provide Braille and audio formats within 45 days of receiving a request.

If you are not satisfied with how SpeedX Transport has handled your feedback, you may contact the
Office of the Accessibility Commissioner at the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
